Biki is one of our oldest patients, he’17 1/2 years old and got his teeth cleaned. Anesthesia is obviously not an option but it’s ok he got a fresh clean smile for his mommy.
Older dogs often experience changes in skin, coat and even their nails. Their skin can become dry and their coat more coarse. A supplement of coconut or salmon oil with meals can go a long way to solving the problem.
